The H-Factor

Sorry for the long delay between posts, but I was a little busy getting ready for 2011.

From a Customer today: 

Q: After I updated to 2011 cad, when I go to click on V51 icon
it takes me to 2010 cad. I am doing anything wrong, or should I be starting it
up through autocad 2011 icon?

A: – Right click on the V51 shortcut and
pick Properties. Then pick the Shortcut tab and look at the Target. Replace the 2010
in there with 2011.

I.e.

From  "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD
2010\acad.exe" -p HydracadV50.2

To  "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2011\acad.exe"
-p HydracadV50.2
