Another quickie, this one posed by a customer –

Why am I getting negative numbers for my flow on part of my loop system?

That
is normal in a loop or grid. The negative sign indicates that the flow is in the
reverse order of the direction the pipe has been input into the program. In a
loop, the water is split and will go both ways around the loop to get to the
flowing heads
